If just text is required on the pens, we are happy to typeset it for you free of charge (assuming we have the required typeface on file).
If you require a logo to be printed, we need it to be supplied as a vector eps file with all text saved as outlines/curves.
We do offer a re-drawing service, if you are unable to supply artwork in the correct format, but it can take up to 24hours which may result in you needing a more urgent last minute service than originally planned. There may be a charge for the re-drawing service, the cost is subject to sight of the design involved.
